VI CCCF officers will consist of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The officers will serve a one year term effective May first through April thirtieth. Consider adding an officer entitled website administrator, or similar? This is an important function, and should carry some responsibility as well as some benefits. A. XX The monthly newsletter “Camaros-R-Us” will be the editor’s responsibility to publish and distribute on time. In the event the editor can’t meet this obligation; the newsletter duties will become the responsibility of the Vice President. Proposed change to discontinue the non-existent newsletter, and make all club announcements on the website. These BY LAWS were loosely adapted from standard parliamentary procedures to best suit the day to day operations of CCCF. Any items not addressed that can’t be agreed upon by the general membership will be deferred to standard parliamentary procedure. Camaro owners in general are among the finest people in the world, and an article in the BY LAWS covering conduct seems unnecessary. All CCCF members are however, expected to promote a positive public image and be of good character at all times. Members are encouraged to use good judgment and be well mannered when dealing with our sponsors, beneficiaries, and above all, other members. |
